ALERT: Please note that the only way to secure the special FIFEC Conference rate and the accompanying amenities and benefits is by reserving your hotel guest room using the dedicated reservation link below. With very few exceptions, no FIFEC board member will be contacting you to arrange your guest room reservations. Reserving a guest room using another website or in response to a solicitation from an company claiming to assist with reservations will not provide you with the savings and benefits we have negotiated with the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. Responding to these notices may result in a more expensive reservation, or it might be a possible phishing attempt to secure your credit card information. All booths are 10’ x 10’, with a 8’ high back drape and 3’ high side rails, include (1) 7” x 44” ID sign, (1) 6’ skirted table, (2) chairs and (1) wastebasket.
An email with your confirmed booth selection will follow once approval is made.
FIFEC’s Conference vendor Shepardes will be emailing an Exhibitors Packet with additional information such as Exhibitors Conference Schedule, shipment details, order forms for additional furnishings, et.al.
