As soon as possible after this year’s conference, attorneys who are members of The Florida Bar should proceed to post their CLE credits with The Florida Bar at the following website: www.floridabar.org. At that website, the attorney will log into his or her Member Portal to post his or her CLE credits. To post CLE credits for classes attended at this year’s conference, the attorney will need the course name and course number that will be noted on this website at the conclusion of all classes presented during this year’s conference.  If an attorney has a question about this process for obtaining CLE credits, he or she should contact The Florida Bar’s Legal Specialization & Education Department in Tallahassee, Florida.

Please recall that a class should be attended for 50 minutes to obtain 1.0 CLE credit from that class, 100 minutes to obtain 2.0 CLE credits from the class, and no less than 25 minutes to obtain .5 CLE credit for attending a class.

Please do not over-estimate your attendance in a class as FIFEC will have an exact electronic attendance record for each class in the event of an audit by The Florida Bar; which will be created as each person is scanned in and out of each class using the unique QR code on each person’s name badge.
