The interest in the 2023 FIFEC Conference has been fantastic! So much so, that the conference venue, the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, has sold all available guest rooms in the FIFEC room block for the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

 

We have secured an additional block of guest rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn SeaWorld,  6850 Westwood Blvd, Orlando, FL which is across the street and a 5 minute walk from the Renaissance Orlando at Seaworld where the FIFEC Conference will be held. The FIFEC room rate is $159/night. There is no resort fee and a reduced self-parking fee of just $5/night. 2023 FIFEC Conference Dates: July 12 – 14, 2023.

The Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld and the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee have collaborated to provide FIFEC attendees with an exceptional FIFEC Conference Rate featuring many great amenities, at an incomparable value. The Special FIFEC Conference Room Rates start at $179/night and include:

  • Complimentary self-parking

  • The $40 nightly resort fee is OPTIONAL ​

    • Guests selecting the fee will enjoy enhanced wireless in-room internet; transportation to Walt Disney World, Universal Florida and Orlando Premium Outlets; and two (2) drink coupons for beer or wine at one of the resorts bars.
    • ​Guests may waive the resort fee and it won’t be charged to their room bill.

  • The Special FIFEC rate is good for the three (3) days before or after the conference, should you decide to extend your stay for work or pleasure.
