Also the presentation will address what steps can be taken by insurers to close the loopholes. The third presentation from the bureau chief of Florida's workers' compensation fraud unit will outline enforcement initiatives and challenges in premium fraud cases.

The intent is to help adjusters, law enforcement, and investigators be better able to look for and identify suspicious activity in their files.
