The Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee is happy to announce that we have OPENED our Exhibitor Registration for the 2024 FIFEC Conference scheduled for Wednesday, June 26th – Friday, June 28th at the beautiful Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, 6677 Sea Harbor Dr, Orlando, FL 32821.

 

The Exhibitor Hall will be located in Peninsula Ballroom. 

 

The 2023 Conference hosted over 800 attendees and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.  We expect to exceed that number next year, and they will be welcomed with an new event for 2024 inspired by your recommendations - an additional Networking Opportunity inside our Exhibitor Hall on Wednesday After Hours!!!!   The details will follow.

 

The Exhibitor Booth Registration fee is $1,650 which includes a 10’ X 10’ curtained booth, 2 booth attendees, a covered table, 2 chairs and a wastepaper basket.  Additional booth attendees will need to register and pay the individual attendee fee allowing them full access to the conference. The Exhibitor Booth Registration Fee will increase to $1,850 on March 1st and close on April 1st.  So do not delay!

Once registered and paid, we will be forwarding an Application with booth selection link by April 2nd.  We are excited about our new floor plan that will offer optimization for networking and participant traffic!

FIFEC Exhibitors are provided with a copy of the list of attendees who have agreed to share their information, before and after the conclusion of the yearly conference.  Please note that attendee lists are non-transferable and sharing outside of the sponsoring organization is prohibited.
