1. General Conference Sponsorship - $1,500.00
• Recognition on the Conference Website with a link to your business site. This will be posted on the website for one year.
• A 30” by 40” color board mounted on an easel with your company information and recognition as a sponsor displayed throughout the Conference in the main lobby area of the convention center.
• Electronic slide advertisement projected in the main lobby area of the convention center throughout the entire Conference.
• Recognition at the opening ceremony.
• Recognition in the Conference program.
• One Conference shirt and one Conference jacket
2. Digital Content Sponsorship - $1,500.00
This year, both the Conference materials and rosters will be in digital format. Each Conference attendee will be given a flash drive. Your company logo and recognition of sponsorship will come up on the main page when the content is accessed.
3. Lanyard Sponsor - $1,500.00 (and provide lanyards)
Everyone is required to wear them…the All-Access pass to the Conference activities that holds the ever important name tag. A visible opportunity to have your organization recognized daily throughout the conference.
4. Program Sponsor - $1,500.00
The conference program provides attendees information about class location and all conference events and activities. This gives your company high visibility throughout the conference. You will receive recognition in the program and at the luncheon.
