The Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC) is currently seeking presentations for the 20th Annual Joint DIF/SIU Conference in Orlando, Florida June 13-15, 2012 on the following workshop topics:

Who Should Submit

We are interested in hearing from professionals in the insurance fraud prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution disciplines. FIFEC is proud of its tradition of offering the very best in insurance fraud education and training and welcomes your proposal. If you are a consultant or vendor to the industry, we encourage you to use this opportunity to highlight your solutions, case studies, and initiatives. Please consider sharing your knowledge and expertise with the insurance fraud investigative field. Working collectively to share and learn is the key to winning the fight against insurance fraud.

Deadline

All speakers are required to provide us, in Microsoft Word format ONLY by e-mail transmission:

1) A completed Call For Presentation form

2) A two-page timed and detailed course outline for a 100-minute presentation in Microsoft Word format ONLY; (If the material you are presenting is best covered in a two-part class over two adjacent sessions, we can accomodate your request. Please indicate that you are considering a two-part class on the "Call For Presentation" form. Your class outline should also then reflect a 200-minute session).

3) Brief speaker biographies for EACH of the speakers who will be presenting in Microsoft Word format only;

4) A signed and dated disclosure form (which will be e-mailed to all speakers) confirming that he/she has the proper permission and authority to present the material in the proposed presentation.

** Additionally, all co-presenters are required to complete the Co-Presenters form.

These items must be received by December 16, 2011 so the FIFEC committee can submit them to the state to obtain CEU's and/or CLE's for the conference.

We will confirm the receipt of your proposal via e-mail. The FIFEC Speaker's committee will contact you to discuss further details if it determines that your presentation is a good fit for the 20th Annual conference.
