The Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee (FIFEC) is currently seeking presentations for the 17th Annual Joint DIF/SIU Conference in Orlando, Florida (June 10-12, 2009) on the following workshop topics:

    • Accounting Fraud
    • Arson, Vehicle & Structure fire Investigations
    • Chiropractic Treatment, PIP/Medical Billing Fraud
    • How to Conduct Statements and (EUO’s)
    • Interviewing Techniques
    • Metal Theft Investigations
    • Property Claim Investigations
    • Public Adjuster Fraud
    • Traffic Accident Reconstruction, Evaluation of Low Impact Accidents
    • Vehicle Locking and Security Systems
    • Marine Theft investigations
    • Other

Who Should Submit

We are interested in hearing from professionals in the insurance fraud prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution disciplines. FIFEC is proud of its tradition of offering the very best in insurance fraud education and training and welcomes your proposal. If you are a consultant or vendor to the industry, we encourage you to use this opportunity to highlight your solutions, case studies, and initiatives. Please consider sharing your knowledge and expertise with the insurance fraud investigative field. Working collectively to share and learn is the key to winning the fight against insurance fraud.

Deadline

All speakers are required to provide us, in Word Format by E-mail transmission ONLY:

1) a completed Call For Presentation form
2) two page course outline for a 100 minute presentation
3) speaker biography and
4) a Power Point Presentation (if part of your presentation - PDF format acceptable)

on or before January 15, 2009.

The FIFEC Speaker’s Committee will contact you to discuss further details if it determines that your presentation is a good fit for the 17th Annual Joint DIF/SIU Conference. Presentations which are not selected for this conference will be kept on file for future speaking opportunities.
